The Global Law Enforcement Exchange (GLEX)
Presented by The Advisory Bureau

The Global Law Enforcement Exchange

A monthly international roundtable where police professionals from every rank and every country connect to share what actually works in the field.

Why this matters: The problems officers face — mental health crises, community trust, use-of-force decisions, recruitment, officer wellness — don't stop at agency or national borders. No single department has all the answers, but together, the collective field experience of thousands of officers worldwide does. This exchange exists to put that experience in the same room, once a month, so good ideas can travel as fast as the problems they solve.
