Dr. Jorge De Jesus is a decorated law enforcement leader, U.S. Army veteran, educator, and organizational strategist with over two decades of public service experience. As the Founder and CEO of The Advisory Bureau, he brings a unique blend of tactical knowledge, leadership expertise, and academic depth to every client engagement.

With 23 years in the Los Angeles Police Department, Dr. De Jesus has served in multiple frontline and supervisory roles, including patrol, recruitment, mental health response, and training. His firsthand knowledge of police operations, courtroom procedures, and critical incident response gives him unparalleled insight into law enforcement culture and structure—insight he now uses to advise film and television productions on accurate portrayals of policing. 

Dr. De Jesus holds multiple advanced degrees, including a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Change from USC, and master’s degrees in Law, Geospatial Intelligence, and Human Resources. He teaches criminal justice at Antelope Valley College and serves as an elected school board member, reinforcing his commitment to public education and leadership development.
