Dr. Jorge De Jesus has spent 25 years in law enforcement, with a career that spans patrol, field supervision, and specialized assignments. That time in the field shapes how he approaches every engagement: with a clear view of how incidents actually unfold and what it takes to prevent them.
A U.S. Army veteran and a Professor of Administration of Justice, he pairs operational experience with advanced study. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, along with master's degrees in Law, Geospatial Intelligence, and Human Resources.
He is the author of four books, including The Officer's Legal Voice and Leadership in Modern Day Policing, and he founded The Advisory Bureau to put that combined experience to work for clients. The firm's mission reflects his own standard: deliver clarity, realism, and results.
